Most
loans will require basic supporting documentation
as listed below:
1) Current pay stubs to cover 30 days
2) W-2’s for the last two
years
3) Most recent two months checking,
savings, money market or C.D.
account statements
4) Most recent two months statements on any
mutual funds, stocks, or
retirement
accounts
5) A photo I.D. and Social Security card
for each borrower
6) If self-employed or paid on commission,
most recent two years’ tax
returns
with all schedules
Some loan programs may require additional information. Your Loan Officer will be able to advise you of any more necessary items.
